Collaborate With Me
For Therapists + Healing Professionals
You do deep work. And sometimes, your clients need a different kind of language—one that lives beyond words.
I offer creative expression as a complementary tool for therapy—not a replacement, but an expansion. Using therapeutic art practices, parts-informed inquiry, and ritual-based reflection, I support clients in moving what's hard to say into forms they can see, hold, and gently shift.
This work is ideal for:
Clients who are processing trauma or grief and need expression without verbal overload
Folks who feel stuck in talk therapy and want an alternate access point
Clients not yet ready for therapy, but craving a safe, guided space to begin exploring
Individuals transitioning out of therapy, seeking continued support in a creative, body-honoring way
We’re not “doing art therapy.” We’re creating containers for meaning-making—where shame has no seat, curiosity leads the way, and every mark made or movement felt becomes part of the healing.
💬 "This is the only space where I could feel something without having to explain it." — participant feedback
I’ve collaborated with therapists to co-facilitate creative process groups, offer 1:1 expression sessions for clients, and support program graduates as they shift into new phases of healing.
→ Let’s talk about how we can support your clients, your caseload, and your mission—together.
For Groups + Communities
I create gentle, expressive spaces for people navigating hard things—spaces where emotions can be honored, stories held in symbolic form, and healing can unfold through presence, not pressure.
I’m especially called to work with:
Foster youth and young adults navigating transition, identity, and belonging
Cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers who need spaces for grief, rage, beauty, and hope
Domestic violence survivors reclaiming agency, voice, and safety
Those in recovery (substance use, eating disorders, complex trauma) seeking soul-nourishing, non-clinical spaces to reinhabit their creativity
What I offer:
Creative expression circles (no artistic skill required)
Ritual workshops for grief, transition, or reclaiming joy
Gentle guided art sessions that prioritize autonomy and emotional safety
Integration tools that support existing group therapy or programming
🎓 Past Collaboration Highlight: At UCSB, I facilitated expressive arts workshops for students navigating stress, burnout, and identity exploration—creating moments of pause and real reflection within academic intensity.
I tailor every session with deep care for the population being served. This isn’t about aesthetics—it’s about access to feeling, meaning, and restoration.
→ If you’re holding space for people carrying a lot—I’d be honored to help lighten the load.
